Large financially strong company is seeking a claims executive to oversee their claims unit. Individual should have strong claims management experience and even better technical experience with complex, major case claims. Must have strong understanding of environmental claims in multiple jurisdictions. A JD is preferred. Will be responsible for developing best practices, oversite and compliance as well as all personell issues. Developing the team and working in concert with other departments of the company.
