Business Development Manager- Atlanta, GA

One of the leading national providers of disaster recovery, restoration & reconstruction services is actively recruiting for Business Development Manager in the Atlanta, Georgia or surrounding area. This person will be the primary point of contact with customers and will focus on building and maintaining relationships with the Agency community as well as Carriers, Brokers and Third Party Administrators. Qualified candidates must have a proven background in consultative sales and prior experience marketing to the insurance community. Restoration industry experience and exposure to the residential market is a plus but not necessary. Growth opportunities with this company are extensive and prior strategic planning or mentoring experience is preferred. Compensation is open and the position comes with a company car, cell phone and benefits. Each region has an office but the company can be flexible depending upon the person’s location within the region.

Summary of requirements:

· 5-10+ years of Marketing/ Sales experience focused on the P&C insurance industry

· Be active in generating sales and maintaining client relationships

· Prior experience working in an outside role consistently making appointments to build relationships

· Attend Association functions and conferences plus actively find new ways to market the company to the Claims community

· Proven experience working with Claims professionals

· Have a history of satisfied customers with the ability to provide references
