Senior Field Loss Control Consultant- Lafayette, LA

Position Summary: A growing, national WC carrier is actively seeking a Senior Loss Control Engineer to support their Lafayette, LA territory. The Senior Loss Control Consultant will handle all New-Prospect surveys and will provide existing clients with advice and guidance on methods, plans and procedures for reducing risk in Workers Compensation claims and ultimately reducing insurance premiums. The accounts serviced will be heavily focused on the Oil & Gas industry and will include construction accounts. The majority of accounts serviced will be in the immediate area so overnight travel will be minimal.

Qualified individuals must have eight or more years of Safety/ Loss Control background with a heavy carrier or brokerage focus. Prior experience working with Oil & Gas and Construction accounts is a must and a Field Safety Representative license is preferred. Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work autonomously is a must.
