Our client is a leading full services independent insurance agency. They are looking for a senior level client services executive to assist their dynamic and growing team in New York City. You will provide strategic planning and consulting advice to customers and prospects regarding their employee benefits programs.
Account Executive, Employee Benefits Responsibilities
• Work with internal team of consultants, salespeople, and account managers to provide daily service to clients.
• Prepare presentations for existing and prospective customers, outlining portfolio of consulting products and services.
• Produce RFPs, coordinate vendor response, analyze RFP response and prepare client reports with recommendations.
• Act as project lead to push deliverables through the pipeline to end result.
• Provide expertise and sound judgment after careful in-depth analysis of complete health and welfare program.
Account Executive, Employee Benefits Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• 6-10 years of industry experience in a similar high level role, preferably with a large consulting firm or insurance agency.
• State Life/Health license required.
