Outside Sales Representative -- Employee Benefits Austin or San Antonio, TX

At the core of our business model lays a promise to deliver an all-encompassing risk management solution to our clients. As a Sales Professional you will assist in delivering that promise to our clients and grow our business.
Qualifications
As a Sales Professional within the first year you will:
. Learn within 6-8 months the intricate business model of one of the most dynamic and interesting Fortune 500 companies in the world by professional sales and product training facilitated by industry experts
. Grow your assigned territory Charlotte
. Cold calling brokers and agencies. You will also be required to establish and maintain mutually benefiting relationships
. Develop a thorough understanding of our products and the benefits each one offers
. Educate brokers, agents and customers on a regular basis
. Conduct product presentations and training sessions
. You will get an opportunity to work on quotes that will generate our best selling opportunities
. Partner with our brokers and engage in a consultative partnership not only to help grow our business but their businesses as well
. Teaming up with administrative staff to effectively address account management issues
. Meet and/or exceed activity goals as it relates to number of new clients, quote activity, broker relationships, and sold premium
Only Sales Professionals with a proven track record of success and Experience with Employee
Benefits will be considered. Not only do we offer company and product support, you will also be
supported by a non-producing Sales Manager who focuses on your development both
personally and professionally.
Position offers an exceptional benefits package, including pension, 401(k), and employee stock
purchase programs.
We offer a base salary + 12 month guarantee + first dollar commission on all sales, paid business expenses and abundant sales incentives plus $150 monthly cell phone allowance.
