Product Analytics Actuary opening in NEW ENGLAND. Lead, recommend, and execute strategies to improve profitability of P&C business; design tools, metrics, and analysis that provides a competitive advantage; provide leadership & collaboration with business unit actuaries and loss analytics in design and execution of pricing strategies; work with IT on improving data availability, collaborate on improving data collection and storage processes, and integrate new systems and technologies; develop analysis, summarize results, and share/collaborate with Actuarial and Underwriting Management; build a qualified and effective team with supportive supervision, coaching, and development. Ideal candidate will be FCAS or ACAS with strong leadership potential and highly developed analytical and problem solving skills.
